Her passion was sparked after working in the outdoor retail industry where she witnessed first hand the amount of packaging waste within a net-zero-waste company. While understanding the importance of packaging, she hopes to help companies reduce and innovate product packaging for a more sustainable future. In her free time, Shelby loves exploring new trails with her dog Bonnie.
